A simple (and FREE!) app to keep track of your Blood Pressure readings and your Weight. For weight, the difference gained or lost is shown and is color coded by gain or loss.
For blood pressure, the displayed data is shown color coded based on the American Heart Association guidelines for blood pressure. Green for normal, Yellow for pre-hypertension, and Red for high blood pressure.
